- Pressure points and their location
- Dealing with hypothermia, hyperventilation, and cramps
- Ensuring effective communication during rescue
- Management of spinal and neck injuries

– How to rescue an active drowning victim
– Performing a rescue
– Performing a rear approach rescue
– Support the victim
– Tow the victim to shore (case of conscious and unconscious victim)
– Care for the victim
– CPR practice
