Our Team building is based upon the Play & Learn concept, where participants learn how leadership, communication, and planning do impact on team development. The program is activity-based and focused on non-verbal communication. The activities are broken into:
- Indoor activities; focus on creative thinking & solving exercises as a team (classroom type training); how individuals impact the team dynamics.
- Outdoor activities; focus on how to organise the team to work towards common objectives in playful & learning activities; importance on communication, collaboration and coordination.
